Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruitment Manager or Talent Acquisition professional to lead and manage our recruitment function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a strong talent pipeline to support the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies based on organizational hiring requirements, leading, managing, and mentoring the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding. You will work closely with department heads and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and hiring efficiency, and ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws and company standards. Additionally, the role involves representing the organization at job fairs and campus recruitment drives, developing employer branding, ensuring a positive candidate experience, improving recruitment processes and tools, and preparing regular recruitment reports for management.
