Job Description:
Rapinno Tech Solutions GmbH is hiring an experienced Onboarding Specialist - UK & Europe to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for consultants working across the UK and European markets. The role involves candidate coordination, documentation, compliance checks, contract formalities, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of consultants across the UK and Europe.
• Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collect, validate, and maintain candidate documentation.
• Handle right-to-work, identity, compliance, background verification, and other onboarding checks.
• Ensure onboarding documentation is accurate and completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate contracts, offer letters, PO-related documentation, timesheets, and other formalities.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and update internal systems.
• Follow UK and European employment, contracting, and compliance processes.
• Ensure proper handling and protection of candidate personal data in line with GDPR requirements.
• Track onboarding status and proactively follow up on pending documents and approvals.
• Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to resolve onboarding-related issues.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in consultant onboarding, recruitment operations, HR operations, or staffing operations.
• Hands-on experience onboarding UK and/or European consultants highly preferred.
• Good understanding of UK and European recruitment/staffing processes.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Experience handling sensitive candidate documentation and compliance checks.
• Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
