We are looking for a driven, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual to join as an Executive Assistant & HR Operations Intern at SimplePlan Media. Advertising Services, Brand Marketing, and Creative Agency. 11-50 employees. As an award-winning creative agency, SimplePlan Media thrives on structure, creative problem-solving, and building high-impact systems. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of People & Cultureβan ex-entrepreneur and leadership team member who is legally blindβacting as an operational multiplier while gaining hands-on exposure to how modern organizations, policies, and human-centric systems are built from the ground up.

What would your day look like: Core HR Operations (Primary role)

Maintain accuracy across people-related data, records, and databases.

Audit documents shared by candidates and coordinate reference checks.

Support end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Assist with day-to-day employee lifecycle events including appraisals, birthdays, anniversaries, and other cultural engagements.

Coordinate with internal team members on people-related queries and operational needs to maintain an efficient work environment.
Executive Assistance & Operations (Secondary Support):

Assist the Head of People with visual execution tasks, such as creating, formatting, and editing spreadsheets, documents, and presentation decks.

Help streamline administrative workflows and assist in tracking strategic company initiatives.

Observe and support workplace dynamics to help build inclusive systems where every team member can thrive.
