Description:
Proactive Talent Search is hiring an HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate follow-ups and onboarding. Prepare offer and appointment letters and maintain recruitment trackers and HR MIS.
Handle monthly payroll, attendance, leave, salary revisions, reimbursements, incentives and full & final settlements. Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity and labour laws.
Manage employee onboarding and exits, HR documentation, employee engagement, HR queries, performance management and appraisal support. Assist with HR audits and statutory documentation.
Requirements:
3-6 years of relevant HR experience with strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance and labour laws. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HRMS/Payroll software required. Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills with ability to maintain confidentiality.
