Job Description
Kaidoko builds at the intersection of AI, psychology, and real-world systems, operating within the Information Technology, AI, and EdTech industry with an employee size of 10 to 50 employees. Kaidoko designs platforms for governments and MNCs across education, healthcare, and governance to drive better outcomes at scale. Over the next 6 months, the company plans to double its team across engineers, creators, and emerging tech roles. The Talent Strategy & Hiring Lead will manage end-to-end hiring across three core talent areas: Technology and Emerging Tech (software engineering, frontend, backend, full-stack, AI/ML, data science, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, AR/VR, Unity/Unreal, IoT, robotics, and product roles), Creative and Studio Production (creative and video directors, producers, cinematographers, studio operators, video editors, motion designers, 2D/3D animators, graphic designers, scriptwriters, storyboard artists, audio engineers, sound designers), and Academic and Content Talent (professors, subject-matter experts, instructional designers, course authors, trainers, presenters, voice artists, multilingual content professionals, assessment, and curriculum experts). Key responsibilities include understanding requirements directly from founders and functional leaders, personally sourcing active and passive candidates, using direct outreach, referrals, professional communities, portfolio platforms, and specialist networks, conducting structured preliminary interviews, coordinating technical tests, portfolio reviews, auditions, teaching demonstrations, and role-specific assessments, managing candidate engagement, offer closure, and onboarding, building reusable talent pools, and tracking shortlist quality, turnaround time, offer acceptance, and retention metrics. Ideal candidates should possess demonstrated experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, strong sourcing capability across tech and creative/media roles, exposure to startups, EdTech, media-tech, gaming, animation, or digital content production, understanding of portfolios and showreels, excellent stakeholder management, and high ownership to build recruitment systems from scratch.
