Alfa Laval has been present in India since 1937 and is part of the Alfa Laval Group headquartered in Lund, Sweden. The Indian operations sit within the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) cluster with corporate offices in Pune, Maharashtra. The manufacturing plants produce world-class separation, heat transfer, and flow technology equipment for over 25 vital industries including dairy, food processing, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, marine, and energy.
We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to support business functions across India and the MEA region, including IT, Engineering, Sales, Service, Operations, and Corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities and Scope:

Partnering with senior business leaders, HR Business Partners, and department heads to design and execute proactive workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies across the IMEA region.

Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and structured assessments to offer negotiations and smooth onboarding.

Leading IT and Technology recruitment efforts alongside cross-functional corporate and engineering hiring.

Designing and leading Young Talent and Campus Recruitment programs across India and MEA, encompassing graduate recruitment, university partnerships, internship initiatives, and assessment centers.

Developing robust sourcing channels through direct headhunting, talent mapping, niche talent pools, employee networks, and social channels.

Delivering recruitment intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent market analytics to guide business decisions.

Driving recruitment analytics and KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance ratios, and diversity metrics.

Managing offer rollout, compensation discussions, and seamless compliance with statutory and corporate guidelines across the IMEA region.
Qualifications and Required Experience:

Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

5 to 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience within multinational corporations and matrix environments.

Proven track record handling technical IT and technology hiring as well as corporate functions.

Hands-on experience driving university relations, campus drives, and early-career programs.

Strong competency in utilizing advanced ATS platforms, sourcing tools, Pymetrics assessments, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills.
