Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR Preferred
Description:
AIM Plus Staffing is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with hiring managers.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR induction.
• Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, and transfer letters.
• Manage attendance, leave, and regularisation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and HR MIS.
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and welfare activities.
• Support HR policies, documentation, and compliance.
• Manage employee separation, exit interviews, and clearance.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, joining/exits, attendance, leave, and employee movements.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant HR experience.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Graduates with relevant HR experience may also apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and HR Operations skills.
