Position: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 3 Years Industry: Travel Job Shift: UK Time Gender: Male Only Joining: Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Preferred Description: TFG Infotech is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions within the travel industry. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Manage candidate communication and follow-ups. • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports. • Ensure timely closure of open positions. • Handle multiple vacancies and achieve hiring targets. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the Travel Industry is mandatory. • Strong knowledge of travel-industry hiring and profiles. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets. • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
