Job Description:
GuruHR is looking for a hands-on HR professional to independently manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, onboarding, HR Operations, statutory compliance and employee engagement in a fast-paced NBFC/Fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HR Generalist and HR Operations activities.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage HRMS, MS Excel and MS Office-related activities.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI and POSH.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave management.
• Maintain HR documentation and support audits.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Manage HR activities independently with ownership and accountability.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel and MS Office.
• Understanding of PF, ESI, POSH and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• NBFC, Fintech or Digital Lending experience will be relevant.
