Working Days: Monday-Saturday
Salary: ā¹50,000 per month during 3-month probation period

Description:
iFuel Energy Private Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and contribute to building a strong, productive, and employee-friendly workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
ā¢ Post job openings across relevant job portals and platforms.
ā¢ Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
ā¢ Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
ā¢ Monitor attendance and leave records.
ā¢ Coordinate with the Accounts team for payroll processing.
ā¢ Manage probation confirmations and employee evaluations.
ā¢ Track employee KPIs and support performance management.
ā¢ Ensure HR policies and statutory compliance are maintained.
ā¢ Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace discipline.
ā¢ Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
Candidate Requirements:
ā¢ 2-5 years of relevant HR experience.
ā¢ Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
ā¢ Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination.
ā¢ Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
ā¢ Strong leadership, people-management, decision-making, and organisational skills.
ā¢ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
ā¢ Professional approach towards employees and HR operations.
