Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions. • Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits. • Drive performance management, goal setting and appraisal processes. • Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters. • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws. • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. • Coordinate training and development programs. • Prepare and analyse HR MIS and key HR metrics. • Coordinate with Payroll and HR Operations for accurate and timely payroll inputs. • Support manpower planning and organisational restructuring. • Guide managers on HR policies, performance improvement and people management practices. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of HR Generalist and HRBP functions. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS and HR reporting. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred: • Candidates with experience in an Automobile Dealership will be preferred.

This position within the Workday Center of Excellence (COE) team serves as the lead HRIS Workday specialist for Global Payroll within the HR Technology group. In this role, you will lead Workday configuration demands, drive process enhancements, and participate actively as a core member of the Workday Scrum team. Key duties include collaborating with Payroll and Compensation Product Managers to design and deliver technical solutions, configuring and deploying business process enhancements, managing global payroll calculations, and supporting semi-annual Workday releases. You will also lead functional and regression testing, conduct fit-gap analyses, establish QA frameworks, streamline requirement validation, and ensure secure and compliant data pipelines.

Candidates must possess 8 or more years of proven experience in Workday configuration and support with focused expertise in Workday Global Payroll. Extensive knowledge of payroll operations, labor regulations, risk management, and compliance across key markets like India, UAE, South Africa, Ukraine, and Egypt is essential. Strong vendor governance, executive communication, and operational transformation capabilities are necessary.

The position is based on-site in Bengaluru with a requirement of at least 3 days per week in the office.
