Job Description
Jai Kisan is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and HRMS. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes and should be comfortable working on HRMS platforms such as Keka, Zoho People, greytHR, Darwinbox, or similar systems. Key responsibilities include end-to-end monthly payroll processing, payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, incentives, arrears, deductions, reimbursements, full and final settlement, and salary revisions, coordination with Finance for payroll processing and accounting requirements, handling employee payroll queries, preparing payroll MIS and variance reports, managing statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Laws, Gratuity, and Bonus, maintaining compliance records for audits and inspections, handling employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit, issuing HR letters and managing employee records, managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting onboarding coordination, owning HRMS administration and employee master data, coordinating with HRMS vendors for issue resolution and enhancements, and preparing HR MIS and management reports covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee movements, compliance, and manpower analysis. The role is best suited for a hands-on HR professional who can independently handle payroll, compliance, HR operations, recruitment, and HRMS as a single-point HR operations resource for the organization.
