Eminent Hire & HR Advisory is hiring a Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading Software Product Engineering company specializing in communication solutions. The role is based in Noida and reports directly to the CEO. The position requires an experienced HR leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving people strategy, talent management, culture development, employee engagement, compliance and HR technology initiatives in a fast-paced technology and product-led environment.
The Chief Human Resources Officer will act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on all people-related matters and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans. The role requires driving alignment between people strategy and organizational objectives through workforce analytics, HR metrics and data-driven insights. The selected candidate will lead, coach and mentor HR teams across talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience and compliance functions while partnering with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and productivity.
Key responsibilities include building a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement. The role will own employee engagement, culture development and overall employee experience by designing innovative programs focused on improving retention, productivity and employer branding. The candidate will drive initiatives around employee listening, engagement surveys, pulse checks, feedback mechanisms, wellness programs, diversity and inclusion, recognition and workplace experience.
The CHRO will lead talent acquisition strategy to support business growth by establishing scalable recruitment frameworks, improving hiring speed, quality and cost efficiency and strengthening employer branding within the technology ecosystem. The role will partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and future talent requirements.
The position will design and implement talent management frameworks including performance management systems, succession planning, leadership development programs, learning and development initiatives, career pathing, internal mobility and organizational capability-building programs. The candidate will support business leaders in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities also include designing competitive compensation and benefits programs, managing compensation reviews, reward strategies, variable pay structures and retention initiatives. The role will build scalable HR policies and processes while monitoring key HR metrics including attrition, engagement, hiring efficiency, productivity and workforce costs.
The CHRO will ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and statutory requirements while leading HR governance, audits, risk management, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and legal compliance. The candidate will also lead HR technology initiatives including HRMS, payroll and workforce management platforms, leveraging automation and analytics to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Candidates should possess a 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a Premier Institute. Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Labour Laws, Organizational Development or Executive Coaching will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have 18 to 22 years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 5 years in a Head HR, CHRO or CPO role within a mid-size software company. Prior experience in Software Product Companies, Telecom Technology, Cloud Communications or Technology startups is highly preferred.
