Job Description
Silverlink Technologies is hiring a Domestic IT Recruiter for its Andheri East, Mumbai office. This role is ideal for an experienced IT recruitment professional who is interested in expanding their expertise into APAC and international recruitment while managing end-to-end domestic hiring. The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions, including understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. The recruiter will screen and shortlist candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, provide regular hiring updates, and ensure timely closure of open positions. The candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting recruitment activities related to APAC and international hiring whenever required. The ideal candidate should have 2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment with strong expertise in end-to-end domestic hiring. Excellent sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential. Candidates should be proactive, organized, capable of managing multiple hiring requirements simultaneously, and interested in gaining exposure to APAC and international recruitment processes while working in a fast-paced environment.
