The SR HR Transformation Analyst will lead the implementation of HR transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves working closely with Shared Services Leads to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, simplify operations, achieve global process standardization, and enhance the overall employee experience. The position is responsible for challenging existing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include acting as the PMO and Change Management lead for critical global HR Operations projects. The role supports transition activities and knowledge transfer between local shared services hubs and Global Business Services with a strong focus on process simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators and Global Service Level Agreements to measure the success of HR transformation initiatives and ongoing HR Operations using Obeya methodologies. The role also requires serving as a subject matter expert on HR processes and HR systems while supporting continuous operational improvements.
Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to local shared services teams, Global Business Services teams, and business stakeholders on new HR processes and systems. The candidate will create, maintain, and update global process documentation including process maps, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and other operational documents.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Systems Information, Engineering, or a related field along with at least 5 years of experience in process improvement, process mapping, and HR transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Lean methodology and continuous improvement, with the ability to coach stakeholders on Lean practices. Experience working with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is required. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of HR processes and policies, experience with process transition and knowledge transfer methodologies, and a proven record of delivering projects successfully within timelines.
The role requires excellent project management, communication, collaboration, analytical, and change management skills. The candidate should be capable of analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, leading organizational change, and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
