Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance for 1,000-1,500 employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll operations, labour law compliance, and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for 1,000-1,500 employees.
• Validate attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, and salary revisions.
• Manage Full & Final Settlements, bonus, gratuity, and leave encashment.
• Generate salary sheets, bank files, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.
• Resolve employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR & Finance teams.
Statutory Compliance:
• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS compliance.
• File monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain statutory records and support internal & external audits.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2+ years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Mandatory experience handling payroll for 1,000-1,500 employees.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Payroll Regulations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.
• Experience with HRMS/Payroll Software such as SAP, GreytHR, Keka, ZingHR, Darwinbox, or similar.
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Payroll or Labour Law certification will be an added advantage.
