We are hiring for the position of Supervisory/AM - Payroll & Accounts at Infoneoo.
Location: Noida Sector 3
Experience: 4+ Years
Industry Preference: BPO/ITES (Preferred)
Job Overview:
Infoneoo is looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Payroll and Accounts to manage payroll operations, HRIS activities, statutory compliance, and employee compensation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary, PLI, incentives, arrears, deductions, and Full & Final settlements.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HRIS activities.
• Perform payroll reconciliation and salary processing.
• Manage vendor coordination and invoice verification.
• Maintain payroll records, statutory payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Process vendor invoices, payment follow-ups, and payroll-related MIS.
• Coordinate annual appraisals and salary revision processes.
• Resolve employee queries related to payroll and compensation.
• Manage HR documentation, compliance, and reporting activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Payroll & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, invoice management, HRIS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of HR documentation and reporting processes.
