Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and highly organized Admin cum HR Executive to join the team in Bangalore. In this dual role, the candidate will manage end-to-end employee lifecycles and oversee daily office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Human Resources Management responsibilities include managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding processes, overseeing monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management, maintaining accurate and confidential digital and physical employee records, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and workplace engagement initiatives. Office Administration responsibilities include supervising daily office operations, facilities management, and maintenance, managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement of administrative assets, coordinating office schedules, travel arrangements, and basic workplace logistics, and ensuring compliance with local workplace safety and statutory office regulations. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a combined HR and Office Administration role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel, self-motivation, multitasking ability, and the ability to handle confidential data with high integrity are required.
