Neev Learning Centre is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its J B Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai location. The role involves executing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from initial requisition approval to offer rollout while ensuring high-quality and timely closures. The selected candidate will proactively source, screen and assess talent pools using job portals, professional networks such as LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals and other sourcing channels. The role includes driving strong candidate engagement through consistent communication, transparent offer negotiations and effective pre-boarding connects to improve offer acceptance ratios. The candidate will develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical, niche and recurring roles to reduce Time-to-Fill. Responsibilities also include acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, collaborating to define role requirements and draw job descriptions, aligning hiring strategies and setting realistic timelines. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide actionable market insights, talent availability trends and competitive compensation benchmarks to stakeholders and oversee interview scheduling and coordination to ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates and interviewers. Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a TA Specialist, Corporate Recruiter or Agency Recruiter. Experience in Tech, Non-Tech or Sales hiring is an advantage. Candidates should have proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and X-Ray searching. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, professional maturity, discretion in handling sensitive hiring assignments and confidential data, strong persuasion and negotiation skills, understanding of compensation structures and an analytical mindset with the ability to work with recruitment data and metrics are required.
