The Senior HR PMO & AI Enablement Manager will be responsible for translating the enterprise AI HR transformation strategy into workforce initiatives across Claims, Legal & Compliance, and Global Operations. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, this strategic role will drive AI-enabled HR transformation by developing workforce frameworks, HR playbooks, governance models, KPI structures, change management initiatives, and capability-building programs while ensuring successful adoption of AI across business functions.
The selected candidate will partner with business leaders, AI teams, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, IT teams, the Data Protection Office, and transformation leaders to translate AI use cases into workforce implications, organizational design, skills evolution, job architecture, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives. The role will involve designing HR frameworks to assess AI impact on roles, capacity, skills, productivity, and organizational effectiveness while developing KPI dashboards covering adoption rates, learning effectiveness, productivity improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include facilitating HRBP workshops, leading cross-functional sessions on AI transformation and human-AI collaboration, creating practical HR playbooks and governance materials, driving people-centric change management strategies, supporting HR capability development, coordinating enterprise HR initiatives, managing strategic PMO activities, maintaining governance forums, monitoring milestones, managing HR operating rhythms, coordinating HR priorities across functions, identifying risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment between enterprise transformation programs and workforce strategies.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in HR transformation, organizational change management, AI-enabled workforce transformation, HR consulting, project management, organizational design, workforce planning, stakeholder management, governance, HR strategy, facilitation, change enablement, people analytics, digital transformation, and executive communication. Experience working in complex matrix organizations with strong project management, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, relationship management, and risk management skills is essential. Knowledge of AI technologies, process design, organizational effectiveness, and change management certifications will be an added advantage.
