Toronto French Academy (TFA) is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions and industries. This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong headhunting expertise and the ability to source and hire top talent through proactive recruitment strategies. The selected candidate will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding, lead hiring across leadership, technical, operations, sales, customer support, marketing, finance and other business functions, proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals and professional networks, execute headhunting strategies, conduct screening interviews, assess technical skills, communication and cultural fit, partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, coordinate interview processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement, build and maintain talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill and offer conversion rates, maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems and continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. Candidates should have four to eight years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with proven expertise in headhunting, sourcing passive candidates, hiring across multiple functions and industries, managing multiple open positions simultaneously, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, communication, organisation and candidate relationship management skills are essential. Experience hiring leadership and mid-to-senior-level professionals, recruiting across IT, Non-IT, Corporate, Consulting, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce or similar industries, handling bulk hiring, niche hiring, strategic hiring and recruitment analytics is preferred.
