Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. Oversee payroll processing, validations, and full and final settlements while ensuring high accuracy and zero-error execution. Ensure 100% statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Bonus, and Gratuity. Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Drive HR policy implementation, audits, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and external consultants to ensure smooth HR operations and regulatory adherence.
