Job Description
Persistent Systems is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for its Pune office. This is a full-time role responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function by planning, developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. The selected candidate will lead a team of recruiters, mentor team members, resolve hiring challenges and support their career development. Responsibilities include developing recruitment plans, partnering with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements, managing a team of 8 to 10 recruiters, driving bulk hiring for IT services, leveraging social media hiring, webinars and hiring challenges, managing employer branding initiatives, supporting global hiring, enhancing candidate experience, tracking recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source of hire and joining ratio, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies and continuously improving recruitment methodologies. Candidates should have 12 to 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an IT services environment, strong ATS expertise, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced growth environment.
