Job Description
We're Hiring: HR Executive / Recruiter
Experience: 2-10 Years (Freshers with strong communication may apply) | Location: Sector 4, Noida
Key Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2 to 10 years of prior recruitment or HR operations experience; motivated freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic functional knowledge of full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening, and general HR workflows.
- Strong written/verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and professional email correspondence.
- Ability to meet hiring deadlines, achieve targets, and work in a dynamic team setting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source potential candidates across job portals, social media platforms, professional referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidate profiles, and conduct initial telephonic HR interviews.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage candidate interview rounds with hiring managers and clients.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle coordination from initial sourcing to final onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, applicant databases, and recruitment progress reports.
HR Operations:
- Assist in onboarding activities, documentation verification, and pre-joining formalities.
- Prepare formal HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
- Support leave management, attendance tracking, and internal employee engagement activities.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee relations management.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal organizational HR policies and guidelines.
Compensation: Minimum 30% hike on current CTC (Performance incentives extra)
