Job Description
StudyIn is hiring a Talent Development Specialist based in Noida. Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, the Trainer / Talent Development Specialist will strengthen learning culture and enable performance across StudyIn by translating processes, product and service knowledge, and customer-facing requirements into practical learning experiences. The role will focus on facilitating training, supporting capability development, keeping learning content aligned with current ways of working, and evaluate and improve learning effectiveness using learner and performance data. The successful candidate will bring first-hand understanding of StudyIn’s business and the ability to make learning relevant, accurate, and applicable to day-to-day work. Core responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing engaging and impact-driven learning programs across formats, geographies, and teams to address evolving business priorities; converting business processes, systems, policies, and service expectations into clear learning material, guides, and job aids while keeping them accurate and up to date; using practical activities, case studies, questioning, and knowledge checks to help learners understand and apply what they learn; collaborating with internal teams for seamless learning delivery and alignment, and managing external vendors for content, delivery, and platform support; evaluating training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, observations, and relevant performance data to improve future delivery; coordinating training logistics, communications, attendance, records, and follow-up; maintaining learning content on Disprz and other relevant platforms; reinforcing learning through follow-up support or coaching and sharing insights to improve capability and customer outcomes; and promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the Talent Development function as well as StudyIn. The candidate must be a clear and engaging communicator who can translate concepts and processes into practical, easy-to-understand learning, demonstrate integrity and accountability by taking ownership of commitments and outcomes, value open and honest communication, be collaborative in working with learners, colleagues, subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors, be passionate about knowledge sharing and people development with a proactive approach to helping others learn and build capability, and be organized, adaptable, and keen to continuously improve learning content and delivery. Requirements include at least one year with StudyIn and three years of experience in counselling roles, strong knowledge of counselling processes, systems, and student journey, demonstrable interest in training and knowledge sharing or prior exposure to facilitation or team knowledge sharing, the ability to explain processes accurately and break them into clear and practical steps, good planning and coordination skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities, basic proficiency in presentation and digital learning tools with LMS or content-authoring experience as an advantage, and a Train-the-Trainer, facilitation, or other relevant learning certification which is desirable but not essential.
