Job Description
Core Data Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager - People & Culture for its Bengaluru office. This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from the Residency Road office three days per week. The organization is seeking a proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused HR professional who can build structure, drive people initiatives independently, partner with business leaders, and create a seamless employee experience across the organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition activities including sourcing, recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, candidate management, and hiring support. The role also involves employee onboarding and lifecycle management, ensuring smooth employee transitions from joining through separation while maintaining a positive employee experience.
Additional responsibilities include managing HR Operations processes, supporting employee engagement initiatives, implementing and communicating HR policies, partnering with leadership teams on people-related initiatives, and executing key people processes across the organization. The HR Manager will play a critical role in maintaining HR process efficiency, supporting business growth, and driving employee-focused programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with business leaders to achieve people and organizational objectives.
This role is suitable for experienced HR professionals who enjoy balancing recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, policy implementation, and business partnering responsibilities while contributing to the development of a strong people culture.
