Job Description
SIVAARA is a fast-growing health and wellness company building a strong presence across South India through performance-driven telesales and COD operations. The company manages a high-intensity and metrics-focused environment with a large volume of incoming leads, multilingual telesales teams and structured processes across sales, logistics, inventory, HR and compliance functions. The HR Manager will be the first full-time HR leader dedicated to SIVAARA operations and will be responsible for building and managing the HR function end-to-end. The role will work closely with the Founder and support Sales, Logistics, Inventory, MIS, Quality Assurance and Support teams.
Key responsibilities include workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment for telesales agents, team leaders, managers, NDR teams, verification teams, retention teams, logistics staff, inventory teams, MIS and support functions. The candidate will build sustainable hiring pipelines, coordinate with consultants, job portals, walk-in candidates and referral sources, and establish structured job descriptions, screening criteria and selection processes.
The role will also manage onboarding, training coordination, documentation, background verification, probation tracking, confirmation processes and employee records. Responsibilities include attendance management, absenteeism monitoring, discipline management, leave administration, shift adherence, policy implementation, payroll input coordination, incentive tracking and employee lifecycle management.
The selected candidate will collaborate with MIS and operations teams to monitor key performance indicators such as delivery rates, average order value, sales productivity and performance-linked incentives. The role includes preparing HR dashboards covering headcount, hiring, attrition, probation, performance improvement plans and workforce metrics.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining appointment letters, NDAs, warning letters, exit documentation, employee confirmations, disciplinary actions, labour law compliance, POSH implementation, grievance handling and employee relations. The HR Manager will help maintain a high-performance culture, manage conflict resolution, support recognition programs and identify employee development opportunities. Experience in telesales, call center, BPO, D2C, collections, EdTech, fintech or healthcare environments is highly preferred. Experience with KEKA HRMS, roster management, performance-linked HR processes and incentive structures will be an added advantage. Sivaara operates in the health and wellness industry and is focused on building scalable customer acquisition and fulfillment operations across multiple regions.
