Beast Life is hiring an HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment for its Gurgaon office. Beast Life operates in the Health & Wellness industry and is one of India's fast-growing health and wellness brands focused on creating products that help people live healthier and stronger lives. As the company continues to scale rapidly, it is seeking an energetic and ambitious HR Intern to gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, and people operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing for open positions across multiple functions, screening resumes, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, and assisting in creating and posting job advertisements across various platforms.
Additional responsibilities include conducting initial HR screening calls, supporting employer branding initiatives, participating in campus hiring activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, and partnering with the HR team on ongoing people and talent projects.
Candidates should be MBA (HR) students, recent graduates, or individuals pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, ownership mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment are essential. Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
The internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world hiring and recruitment processes, opportunities to work closely with business leaders and hiring managers, experience in scaling teams within a high-growth startup environment, mentorship from experienced HR professionals, and the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.
