Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Timings: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role:
As Manager - People Systems & Services, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, strengthen HR systems and processes, support HR technology and automation initiatives, and contribute to compensation, benefits, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, employee movements, and offboarding
* Manage and optimize HRIS, payroll, performance management tools, and employee portals
* Support HR technology implementation, system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
* Develop and improve HR SOPs, operational workflows, and service delivery processes
* Support compensation and benefits administration, salary reviews, bonus cycles, increments, and incentives
* Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
* Prepare HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, turnover, compensation, employee movements, and other key HR metrics
* Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate HR processes
* Ensure HR data accuracy, policy compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
* Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar People & Culture function
* Hands-on experience with HRIS administration and HR technology
* Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
* Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data management
* Good understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and operational controls
* Experience in compensation & benefits administration is preferred
* Exposure to HR technology implementation, automation, or digital transformation is preferred
* Experience within a large organization, BPO, or shared-services environment is preferred
