Job Description
Tecnoprism is hiring an HR Operations Manager for one of its clients in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations with strategic involvement across multiple global operating regions, including the UK/EMEA, USA, Australia, and other locations.
The position requires strong HR operations expertise, knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements, employee engagement, benefits and payroll support, HR policy management, and the ability to transition into supporting global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations across UK/EMEA, USA, Australia, and other global operating regions.
• Handle employee onboarding, employee connect, leave and attendance, payroll support, and offboarding.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in designing HR policies, processes, and benefit plans aligned with local laws and practices.
• Educate employees on HR policies, processes, and benefits.
• Ensure organizational policy compliance while maintaining alignment with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Support employees with benefits administration, allowances, and payroll-related matters.
• Address employee grievances and workplace conflicts through proactive and ongoing employee engagement.
• Drive monthly employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Maintain HR reports and dashboards across operational areas.
• Partner closely with regional leadership and employees across the UK/EMEA, USA, Australia, and other locations.
• Align global HR policies and processes across operating regions.
• Own HR audit management and compliance readiness.
Desired Profile & Requirements:
• 5–12 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Experience within software / IT services companies preferred.
• Prior India-based HR Operations experience is acceptable.
• Willingness and ability to transition into supporting one or more global operating geographies, including the UK, USA, Australia, and other global locations.
• Ability to develop strong working knowledge of local HR laws, compliance requirements, and HR practices for the supported region.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply relevant labour laws, regulations, and statutory guidelines.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quickly building knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements for new regions.
• Working knowledge of, or strong willingness to learn, immigration and visa regulations.
• Understanding of right-to-work eligibility checks.
• Knowledge of data protection frameworks such as GDPR, or willingness to develop this knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and regional leadership across multiple geographies.
