We are seeking a passionate HR rockstar to support and accelerate our growth story, empowering people at BOMBAYDC. Recruiting responsibilities include managing a complete employee lifecycle including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, induction and exit interviews, screening interview candidates within the framework of position specifications, partnering with relevant stakeholders to identify gaps in team structures, and identifying candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques with significant focus on UX designers, UI designers, graphic designers, frontend and backend engineers, copywriters and project managers. HR management responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with overall business strategy, employee engagement to develop and retain talent, planning and managing engagement exercises to develop Bombay DC's culture and values, managing employee relations including implementation of HR policies, handling employee grievances and understanding trends in attrition, and helping plan and conduct cultural activities and festive celebrations.
