We are looking for Junior and Senior Recruiters to join our team at Indiranagar, Bangalore. The role involves sourcing and headhunting candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and social media, screening profiles and matching them with client requirements, working on product tech hiring mandates, managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines proactively, tracking performance via daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and achieving hiring targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in technical or non-technical recruitment, strong sourcing skills including Boolean search and social media hiring, familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Hirist, Indeed, and IIMJobs, and excellent communication skills. Team handling and client management experience is good to have.
