Job Overview
AGX India is looking for a hands-on HR professional who can partner with the leadership team to build stronger teams, develop people, and establish structured HR practices.
As the organization enters its next phase of growth, this role will focus on strengthening organizational capabilities, improving accountability, and building effective people management systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition across business, design, engineering, manufacturing, and support functions.
Strengthen employee onboarding, engagement, and the overall employee experience.
Develop and implement practical performance management processes, clear goals, and meaningful performance review discussions.
Partner with functional leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, and capability development.
Strengthen HR policies, processes, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.
Work closely with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Engage with employees across different functions and ensure effective execution of HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and business operations.
Ability to work closely with leadership and functional heads.
Excellent employee engagement and people management skills.
Strong execution capabilities with the ability to convert ideas into practical HR systems and processes.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, project-led businesses, or similar hands-on working environments would be an advantage.
Ability to build organizational capabilities and strengthen accountability across teams.
