Position:
HR Manager / HR Head - Optical Business
Experience:
Minimum 5 Years, including at least 2 years independently handling an HR business vertical/location or experience as an HR Head in a small enterprise

Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage the complete HR function for the Optical Business within an Eye Care Hospital.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, fitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, remuneration, goal setting, appraisals and salary actions.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and separation processes.
Ensure labour law and HR compliance.
Lead large-scale recruitment pipelines and develop effective onboarding frameworks.
Support business growth through strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition.
Develop recruitment strategies including campus hiring and market mapping.
Develop and manage employee incentive programmes.
Use HR analytics and workforce data to support business decisions.
Drive change management and support organisational growth and restructuring.
Work closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Mentor and develop the HR team.
Eligibility:
Candidates aged 30-36 years with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Labour Law. Minimum 5 years of HR experience is required, including at least 2 years independently handling an HR business vertical/location or experience as an HR Head in a small enterprise. Strong knowledge of labour law compliance, HR operations and manpower planning is essential. Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, MS Excel and AI-enabled HR tools is required. Strong understanding of talent management, compensation and workforce analytics, along with excellent communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, is essential.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Candidates with experience in Eye Care Hospitals, Hospitals, Healthcare, Optical Business or related healthcare environments are preferred. Experience in Optical-related hiring and recruitment, including hiring Optometrists, Optical Sales professionals, Optical Technicians and other Optical Business roles, will be highly preferred.
