Description:
Lumen Solutions is looking for a Corporate HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for building internal teams, managing talent acquisition activities, and hiring recruiters and staffing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong internal talent pipeline.
Source and hire Recruiters, Leads and Staffing Professionals.
Post job openings and identify suitable talent through multiple recruitment channels.
Source, screen and engage candidates based on business requirements.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure hiring activities progress within timelines.
Support internal hiring and contribute to strengthening the organization's recruitment pipeline.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing.
Experience in internal hiring is required.
Strong sourcing, screening and candidate engagement skills.
Good communication, coordination and follow-through abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver hiring targets.
