Job Description
UpMan Placements is expanding its team and hiring experienced Non-IT Recruiters with strong client handling and stakeholder management skills. The role involves end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, direct client coordination, understanding hiring requirements, candidate management, and delivering quality profiles for diverse client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across multiple industries.
Manage and coordinate directly with clients and hiring stakeholders.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, shortlist, and share quality candidates with clients.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer closures.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Manage multiple recruitment mandates and ensure timely closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and reports.
Requirements / Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Prior experience in client handling / client coordination is mandatory.
Experience in Recruitment Consultancy, Executive Search, or Staffing is preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to understand and manage multiple client requirements.
Target-oriented, proactive, and closure-focused approach.
