Sharpatoms is looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst ā IT & Non-IT Recruitment to support recruitment activities through candidate research, talent mapping, market research and sourcing. The role involves identifying relevant candidates, building talent pipelines, maintaining research databases and supporting recruiters across IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify candidates across IT and Non-IT domains using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards and company websites.
- Analyze candidate profiles, skills, experience, job titles and career history.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Conduct market and talent mapping to support recruitment requirements.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Assist recruiters with candidate identification and research.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and Excel.
- Prepare candidate lists and research reports.
- Track daily/weekly productivity and stay updated on industry hiring trends.
Requirements
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and online search techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Recruitment research, sourcing, staffing or market research experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
- Exposure to US recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
