Job Description
Ishaan Global is looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter who can independently build candidate pipelines and deliver hiring closures across Manufacturing, Industrial, and Blue-Collar roles.
The role requires strong direct sourcing, networking, field recruitment, candidate mobilization, mass hiring, and complete ownership of the recruitment and joining process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Manufacturing & Blue-Collar recruitment.
Build candidate pipelines through direct hiring, referrals, local networks, communities, and field recruitment.
Develop candidate pipelines without relying only on Naukri, LinkedIn, or paid recruitment tools.
Conduct field hiring, candidate mobilization, and mass hiring.
Recruit for roles including:
Operators
Technicians
Welders
Fitters
Electricians
CNC/VMC Operators
Production Associates
Helpers
Warehouse Staff
Develop talent pools through industrial areas, ITIs, training institutes, and local networks.
Own the complete recruitment process from Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Selection → Offer → Joining.
Key Requirements & Skills
2–5 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Strong experience in Manufacturing / Industrial / Blue-Collar hiring.
Proven field hiring and candidate mobilization skills.
Strong direct sourcing and networking abilities.
Strategic and independent approach to hiring.
Strong negotiation and candidate closure skills.
Target-oriented approach with complete ownership of joining.
Ability to find, attract, mobilize, and close candidates rather than only search CVs.
