Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Intern. Experience: Freshers / Internship. Location: Pune. Interview Mode: Face-to-Face. FirstCry is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment team in managing end-to-end hiring activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations. The role involves understanding hiring requirements for various positions, sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases, screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates, conducting initial telephonic screening of candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers, following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers, assisting in offer rollout and onboarding activities, preparing recruitment reports and MIS, and supporting employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, strong organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Eligibility includes candidates pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. The internship provides learning exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing strategies, interview coordination and stakeholder management, recruitment analytics and MIS reporting, and corporate hiring and Talent Acquisition operations.
