Job Description
e-Labs Infotech is looking for experienced Domestic IT Recruiters to join its Hyderabad team. The role will focus on domestic IT hiring across C2H, Contract, and Permanent positions, with responsibility for end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and timely hiring closures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for C2H, Contract, and Permanent positions.
Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and role requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability.
Coordinate technical and managerial interviews.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Handle offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment quality.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Experience hiring for C2H, Contract, and Permanent positions.
Hands-on sourcing experience through Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn is mandatory.
Strong end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management experience.
Good candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and candidate management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet recruitment deadlines.
Immediate joiners or candidates available within 0–15 days are preferred.
Willingness to work from office in Hyderabad.
