ComTec Information Systems is hiring US IT Recruiters with strong W2 and Direct Client recruitment experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting qualified IT professionals for US W2 positions, managing requirements across multiple IT technologies, sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other channels, screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments, understanding client requirements, coordinating interviews and feedback, supporting offer negotiations, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines, working closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Candidates should have hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and W2 hiring, knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Arrowleaf is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a leading Healthcare / Emergency Medical Services organization operating pan-India. The role is an Individual Contributor position focused on organic hiring for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Key responsibilities include hands-on sourcing and headhunting, independently managing niche and critical hiring mandates without vendor dependency, owning the complete recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, screening and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving offers and closures. Candidates with 7–10 years of hardcore recruitment experience and strong organic hiring capabilities are preferred. Prior experience with an Executive Search firm is a strong advantage.
