Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements. Coordinate interviews, feedback, candidate follow-ups, and offer discussions. Manage recruitment requirements across different APAC locations and time zones. Maintain regular communication with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates and successful position closures. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, ATS records, and hiring reports. Contribute to sourcing strategy, recruitment process improvement, and team knowledge sharing. Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and business objectives.
