Agastya Agro Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to take complete ownership of the HR and Administration functions at our office in Hyderabad, Telangana. The selected candidate will operate as an HR all-rounder, working closely with senior management to develop robust people practices, structured processes, and organizational performance. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, managing complete employee lifecycle operations, and overseeing employee documentation and personnel records. The role involves coordinating monthly payroll inputs, enforcing HR policies, maintaining strict statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws, and managing comprehensive performance appraisal and employee development systems. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will drive employee relations, organize engagement initiatives, generate detailed HR MIS and management reports, manage facility administration and workplace operations, spearhead HRMS automation, optimize HR workflows, and lead manpower planning alongside organizational development efforts. Candidates must have a proactive, process-driven approach with strong people-management skills, advanced MS Excel capabilities, and proven expertise in independently handling HR and general administration.
