Awign is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager based in Bengaluru (Hybrid) to own and scale hiring across rapidly growing business verticals. The role partners directly with founders, functional heads, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements, design hiring strategies, and close critical requisitions across Operations, Sales, Technology, AI Operations, Corporate Functions, and Leadership. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruitment lifecycles, driving direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri, and personally managing high-priority and niche searches. The manager will lead and mentor a team of recruiters, establish recruitment dashboards, and monitor core TA metrics such as TAT, source mix, funnel conversion, offer-to-join ratios, cost per hire, and quality of hire. Additionally, the role oversees offer negotiations, candidate onboarding conversions, employer branding initiatives, recruitment vendor management, and continuous process optimization using modern recruitment automation and AI-enabled sourcing tools. Candidates should have 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, strong team leadership capabilities, background in high-growth startups or tech-driven platforms, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
