Role Overview:
CIPL Group is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to drive core HR operations, employee relations, and business partnering initiatives across our operations in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align organizational objectives with employee strategies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead talent acquisition, candidate screening, and recruitment cycles for diverse organizational roles.
- Execute performance management frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Enforce HR policies, operational compliance, and process standards across business units.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of core HR experience in operations, employee relations, and business partnering.
- Proven background in manufacturing, infrastructure, or project-based operational environments is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
