Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end internal and external recruitment. • Handle recruitment for company and client requirements. • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates. • Manage monthly payroll and salary processing. • Handle attendance, leave, and employee records. • Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee data. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and HR Operations. • Coordinate with clients, recruitment partners, and candidates. • Prepare recruitment MIS and HR reports. • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable regulations. Job Description

AGI Greenpac operates in the packaging manufacturing industry, specializing in container glass, PET bottles, and specialty closures, with an enterprise workforce of over 1000 employees. We are hiring for the position of AGM/DGM - Industrial Relations and Human Resources to be based in Hyderabad. The candidate will manage an operational profile mix of approximately 70 percent Industrial Relations and 30 percent Human Resources, overseeing plant-level labor relations, statutory compliance, litigation, and talent initiatives. If there are swift changes in the job history, there must be a clear career trajectory shown.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Industrial Relations operations including trade union negotiations, long-term settlements, strike resolutions, and workplace harmony.
Handle labor litigations, conciliation proceedings, statutory legal compliances, and contract labour management systems.
Liaise effectively with local government authorities, labor departments, and external statutory bodies.
Oversee core Human Resources operations including manpower budgeting, performance management systems, learning and development, and organizational structuring.
Drive HR process digitization, HRMS implementations, and Contract Labour Management Systems integration.
Maintain active employee relations, grievance handling mechanisms, and plant-level engagement practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

Post-qualification experience of 15+ years in handling Industrial Relations and HR within manufacturing environments such as packaging, FMCG, automotive, or cement.
Educational background of MBA, MSW, MHRM, preferably from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana, with value-added qualifications in LLB or LLM.
Proficiency with enterprise IT systems including SAP, HRMS, CLMS, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Age criteria is 45 years or below.
Candidates native to Hyderabad, Telangana, or Andhra Pradesh are preferred.
This position operates on a full-time, on-site basis located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting end-to-end recruitment drives, daily HR operations, training logistics, Learning Management System coordination, and student engagement workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating employee onboarding workflows.
Maintain employee documentation, attendance logs, and internal HR records with high accuracy.
Assist in drafting and updating internal HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and process manuals.
Manage learner and student databases, coordinate batch allocations, and track training attendance.
Administer LMS platforms, upload training content, and schedule instructional sessions.
Coordinate with active trainers, track schedule availability, and identify potential trainers for upcoming batches.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to prepare and launch upcoming batches and learning sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications
