We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive for Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat / Delhi (Model Town). Candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in HR and admin operations. Role includes managing attendance and leave records, salary inputs, employee documentation, ID card records, employee database management, bonus/gift distribution records, HR MIS reporting and coordination with different departments for smooth operations. Candidate must ensure confidentiality of employee information and support daily office administration activities. MBA in HR preferred, however graduate with relevant HR/Admin experience can also apply. Candidates from manufacturing, MNC or corporate background preferred. Strong MS Excel knowledge, documentation, communication and follow-up skills required with good command over English.
