The company also works in digital engineering, business intelligence, analytics, machine learning, and IT consulting. We are hiring for HR Associate role in Hyderabad. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee joining formalities, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. Candidate will also support HR operations, administrative activities, offer letter and HR document preparation, compliance with HR policies, and employee engagement activities. Required experience is 1–2 years in HR, recruitment, or HR operations. Strong communication, coordination skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required. Immediate joiners preferred. Female candidates and startup experience candidates are preferred.
