We Are Hiring – Senior Payroll Specialist
**Location:** Virar, Mumbai, Maharashtra

**Job Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and HRMS operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing payroll for 1,000+ employees, ensuring accurate salary processing and compliance with applicable statutory regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salaries, incentives, bonuses, deductions and reimbursements.
- Handle payroll processing for an employee strength of 1,000+ employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS and Labour Welfare Fund.
- Handle payroll reconciliation, attendance, leave and overtime calculations.
- Manage Full & Final Settlements, notice pay, leave encashment and recoveries.
- Prepare payroll MIS, salary statements and employee cost reports.
- Maintain payroll records and documentation for audits.
- Resolve employee queries related to salary, payslips and deductions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounts and external consultants.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, HR or a relevant discipline.
- 6–7+ years of relevant payroll experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and HRMS / Payroll Management Systems.
- Good understanding of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, T
