Job Description
Kapil Consultancy is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, building a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and detailed job specifications.
Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies for different positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication, experience, and overall fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage salary discussions and negotiate offers in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with management.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through joining.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract quality talent.
Coordinate onboarding formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled within defined timelines.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Experience recruiting for Finance, BFSI, or Education sectors will be an added advantage.
